Due to health & hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on products that have already been opened or used, they must arrive with us in their original condition to ensure that they arrive with us in the condition that they arrived to yourself. You do not need to give us a reason as to why you are returning your order but by doing so, this helps us to improve our overall service.
We can offer advice and guidance on the best ways to package your parcels to avoid damage in transit, simply drop us a message via the “contact us” page and we will respond as quickly as possible.
We can accept returns on unused and sealed products and if the product(s) are received in their original condition we can issue a refund, we guarantee this will be processed within 30 days but aim to complete the refund within a week of the receipt of your parcel.
Please note that we are currently not offering free shipping on returns and we would advise that if you do need to return a product for whatever reason, that you send the item via tracked shipping & keep the receipt safe for reference of postal returns.
